I was flipping through the new William-Sonoma catalogue and came across this Ebelskiver Filled-Pancake Pan -- a pan that enables you to make center filled pancakes. The size is perfect and you can experiment will all sorts of fruits and flavors. They have a video that demonstrates how to use the pan and based on the reviews by customers, it's easy to use and highly recommended...not hard to imagine why when you glance at the recipe for Triple-Chocolate Filled Pancakes...yum!!
